Description

The highest spiritual blessing God can give is to make believers in Jesus his children. Adoption into the family of God is a greater privelige than becoming right with God through receiving forgiveness of one's sins. As His children, Christians have been given a place of high status and are entitled to all the benefits that come through this permanent relationship with their heavenly Father.

Mark Johnston examines different aspects of being 'the child of a King' and discovers the blessings given to every believer. He also considers possible errors of understanding, including whether or not God is the father of all humans by creation.

S.K.E., The Gospel Magazine

This is a super book...easy to read and simply put, yet the truth contained within its pages can have a profound if not life changing impact...A revelation for a new Christian and a true stone of remembrance for the rest of us concerning God's character.

DB, CLC Book Reviews

Here is a book which is solid and mature.

Evangelicals Now

It is a fine read and will stimulate us more fully to enjoy our relationship with God. It should send us out the better equipped to live with security in our hearts, and filled with joy to live as His children, heirs of heaven, and children of Glory. A book to enjoy at all stages in the Christian life.

Rev J F Dunn, The English Churchman
