Reviews

"My good friend, Dr John Oak has written an outstanding manual on discipleship and equipping. It is full of wisdom that comes from serving Christ for many years. What Pastor Oak shares in the book is not mere theory. It works!.... God has used the principles in the book to build a church that is balanced and healthy, not just large.

The starting point in leading members to maturity is to invest time in teaching your members what the Bible says about these issues. You must lay the biblical foundation"

Dr. Rick Warren, Saddleback Community Church

'John Oak is one of the outstanding leaders in the church today. Sarang Community Church is huge and still growing; and it is also solidly orthodox and Reformed. I commend this book to any individual who desires to understand the biblical principles of building a church...'

Samuel Logan ~ International Director, World Reformed Fellowship

'While written in the context of a mega-church, the discipleship model of leadership development is timeless, and timely, applicable to a church of a hundred or a thousand. This book and its author, are gifts to the people of God everywhere.'

R. Paul Stevens, Regent College, Vancouver
