Learning About Union With Christ
|
Stewart Dinnen considers the nature of Christian freedom. Believers have been set free from the power of sin, the power of the law and the control of the world. As we grow Christ gives us total adequacy for living for God. His life should flow through us for the blessing of others.
Stewart is keen to stress that one important aspect of our union with Christ is prayer, so he highlights three aspects of prayer - strategic praying, necessity praying, and confrontational praying.
Each chapter is illustrated with several real life situations drawn from the author's, or others, experiences.
Stewart Dinnen was International missions secretary of WEC and has over 40 years experience of training and motivating Christian leaders. He was able to observe the dramatic events that unfolded within WEC from first hand.
